At Rosebury Baskets, we take pride in the quality and presentation of every order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or opened items

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items (if applicable)


Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@roseburybaskets.com with photos of the item and packaging so we may promptly assist you.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
